Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in the North Bristol area to recruit a Credit Controller. This role will naturally have a broad range of responsibilities and will support the Credit Control manager in helping the business through its next stage of growth.

About you

You will be an experienced professional with proven experience within Credit Control. You will have a strong background operating within a fast-paced and changing business environment, and take pride in the standard of your work. You will be able to work effectively as both an individual and as a team.

The role

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company's cash flow by ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for monitoring credit limits, chasing outstanding debts, and resolving payment issues in a professional and efficient manner.

As a Credit Controller, your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Follow end-to-end credit control processes
• Maintain and update clients’ accounts with BACS statements, remittance advice and credit card receipts
• Issue statements to customers and internal departments 
• Complete credit searches on new credit applications received 
• Provide invoices and reports for the sales department and clients 
• Issue month end invoicing 

What the client has to offer

• A salary level of up to £25,000 - £27,000
• Hybrid working policy (3 days per week for the right candidate)
