Citadel Source are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while partnering closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

About you

You will be an experienced finance professional with strong leadership capability and a hands-on approach. Highly organised and detail-focused, you will be confident managing competing deadlines and delivering accurate financial information to support business decisions.

As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and developing the accounts team
• Overseeing financial operations across multiple entities
• Managing month-end processes and producing management accounts
• Ensuring accurate VAT and statutory reporting
• Monitoring cashflow and supporting budgeting activities
• Strengthening financial controls and improving processes
• Liaising with external accountants and key stakeholders

What the client is looking for 

• Part qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/ICAEW or similar)
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Experience with Sage (ideally Sage 200)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Experience working in a multi-entity or international setting would be advantageous
