Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with Careismatic Brands. Careismatic are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to further support the business with their international logistics and operations. The businesses is undergoing impressive growth and this role will bring rigour and control to the businesses back office function. This is a full-time and remote opportunity working directly for the International Finance Director.

With our lead Brand - Cherokee; we have a wider portfolio of Owned and Licensed Brands which include Healing Hands, Med Couture, Medelita and Dickies. Successfully trading across 75+ International Markets across the Americas, EMEA and APAC; the business is investing in scaling up its International team to drive sustained growth. The business sells through intermediate Distributors, Retailers and Suppliers, who in turn sell through Retail, Online and B2B sales teams. We also sell direct through Marketplaces. Our principal marketplace is Private Healthcare with extended reach into Beauty and Other Sectors. 

 

About you

 

This role is an excellent platform for someone who is not only financially literate but enjoys supporting broader logistics and operational areas of the organisation. You will enjoy building and developing relationships with non-finance stakeholders and driving commercial decision making.

The successful candidate will have a thirst to improve the businesses forward looking finance capability, whilst also continuing to automate, improve and offer additional control and financial rigour where applicable. Experience in distribution, or supply chain industries would be useful.

 

The role

 

This exciting opportunity will have oversight of the finance function, building capability within financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis and developing a best in class finance function to support the Finance decision making. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's logistics strategy forward, ensuring that all financial operations align with the company’s goals and enabling the businesses continued growth.

 

As the Finance Business Partner your role will include but not be limited to:

 

  • Commercial and financial management of International Logistics
  • Building a scalable logistics footprint optimizing Distribution Centre investments and 3PLs partnerships
  • Working with shared services to establish, maintain and manage International KPIs for service delivery
  • Partnering with Distribution, Logistics and Customer Services to create a market leading service proposition
  • International assortment forecasting / demand planning
  • Ownership of the customer journeys for International end-to-end Operations
  • Developing close working relationships with peer group both in International and Shared Services
  • Build appropriate communications and planning on business performance and project delivery outcomes
  • Adherence to global standards and norms, managing compliance and technical support as required
  • Highly engaged at a customer level; market visits, tradeshow attendance, customer engagement are all key

 

Requirements

 

  • Ideally qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with several years PQE
  • Experience managing Logistics & operations, ideally in International Markets
  • Contract management and negotiation experience
  • Working in a matrix environment with both Direct and Indirect reporting requirements
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and a strong communicator is key
  • Solid International experience, ideally in a B2B or Consumer led business
  • Broad technical operational skills, strong and adaptable, tenacious individual
  • Ability to work well with others, fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • Working from home but willingness to travel Internationally as required for the role
