Citadel Source is delighted to be working with a well-known brand based in North Bristol, who are looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a full-time role, on a hybrid basis.

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. The role requires a good communicator who can complete the end-to-end accounts payable process, ideally with previous experience working with European stakeholders.

As a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk, your role will include, but not be limited to: 

• Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
• Processing supplier bills and credit notes
• Onboarding new supplier – completing credit checks
• Bank and Statements reconciliations
• Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
• Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
• Ad hoc finance-related activities

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• European stakeholder experience
