Citadel Source is delighted to be partnering exclusively alongside Airhop to support the search for their new Accounts Payable Assistant. 

A bit about Airhop….

Airhop is a fast leader in the indoor trampoline park sector, with an ambitious growth plan and an expanding footprint. As they drive towards 50 UK parks by 2026, they are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant with a strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of invoices and payments, supporting the finance team to maintain smooth financial operations.

The role

• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• supplier statements reconciliations
• Posting supplier payments
• Assist with supplier payment runs
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Xero experience (desired)
