Citadel Source is delighted to be partnering with a well-recognised brand based in the Trowbridge area, who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team.

The role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and business performance analysis. They will play a key role in driving efficiency and financial control across the organisation. 

About you

You are a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with solid management accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and confidence working with non-finance teams.

As the Management Accountant your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Prepare monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyse performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trends
• Provide financial guidance to support managerial decision-making
• Produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support cost analysis, pricing, and profitability initiatives
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting

What the client has to offer

• A salary level of £50,000 to £60,000
• Hybrid working policy (3 days per week for the right candidate)
• Parking on site
