Job Description

Citadel Source is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Ledger Office to join our client based in the Chipping Sodbury area. This role is key to ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash collection, and the smooth running of the sales ledger function.

 

About you

In order to be successful, you must have previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role, solid attention to detail and good numerical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must have strong Excel skill and be able to work with large data sets.

 

As a Sales Ledger Officer, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Raising and issuing sales invoices accurately and on timeskills
  • Maintaining and reconciling the sales ledger
  • Posting and allocating customer receipts
  • Chasing outstanding debts and managing credit control
  • Resolving customer invoice queries professionally and promptly
  • Preparing regular debtor reports and statements
  • Supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal departments and external customers
