Job Description
Citadel Source is delighted to partner an evolving services business to support the recruitment of their new Financial Accountant on a permanent contract.
A bit about our client…
Our client is an established business operating in a fast-moving sector, delivering essential services across the UK. They’ve built a strong reputation over time and are continuing to grow, with a number of changes and improvements underway across the business. Finance plays an important role in supporting the wider business, with exposure to senior stakeholders and real involvement in decision-making.
The role
This is a great opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join the team in a hybrid role, split between Bristol and Devon for one day per week in each location, with the on-site presence in Devon reducing after the first 3-6 months. We are looking for someone who can work well with others across the business, isn’t afraid to ask questions, and is keen to improve processes where possible. A practical, down-to-earth approach and a willingness to get involved will go a long way in this role.

- Identifying and resolving data integrity issues
- Supporting system improvements and automation initiatives
- Maintaining strong financial controls and documentatio
- Collaborating with finance and non-finance teams

What the client has to offer
- A hybrid working model with flexibility
- Exposure to a multi-entity, growing business
- Opportunity to play a key role in finance change initiatives
