Citadel Source is partnering with a leading PE‑backed organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. The role
You’ll join a scaling, multi‑site organisation operating across several divisions. Continued investment in growth, customer experience and operational excellence provides finance professionals with the platform to make a tangible impact. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will deliver accurate monthly accounts, commercial analysis, and reporting for the Group, with ownership of a key division and a regulated Trust. You will partner with operational teams, Compliance, FP&A, and IT to strengthen controls, systems and decision‑making.
About you
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong management and financial accounting experience, commercial judgement, and confident stakeholder skills. Multi‑site experience and exposure to process improvement, reporting automation or finance transformation are advantageous.
As a Management Accountant, your role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Produce monthly management accounts, reconciliations and clear P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
- Partner with budget holders to provide commercial challenge, performance insight, and recommendations
- Own divisional and Trust reporting, including forecasts, cash flow, Board requirements, and regulated submissions
- Support statutory accounts, year‑end audit, regulatory reporting, and accounting standards
- Improve controls, automation, systems integration and finance processes with IT, FP&A and operations
